Alyssa Pusa

Project Manager

Alyssa joins Duffek Construction in 2026 with about 8 years of experience in the construction industry, working with other Milwaukee area General Contractors. She has worked on numerous different types of projects, from industrial and manufacturing ground-ups to commercial and healthcare renovations, and has primarily spent the past 4 years working in occupied spaces such as hospitals and clinics. She has experience with pre-construction, estimating, scheduling, and project management. Alyssa demonstrates a strong work ethic with keen attention to detail. She prides herself on the relationships she has made and will continue to make. She understands clients put their heart and soul into these projects and loves being able to bring their visions to life.

In her free time, Alyssa enjoys cooking, gardening, snowmobiling, exploring new places and attending concerts, along with spending time with her dogs, family and friends.
