Estimator Project Engineer

Cade graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a degree in Business Administration in 2024 and joined Duffek in May of 2025. Prior to working at Duffek, Cade was a Project Manager for a landscaping contractor where he oversaw residential landscape projects ensuring projects went to plan and problem solved when necessary.

As Cade progresses with Duffek, he is looking forward to transforming blueprints into reality while building relationships with not just the team at Duffek, but also with contractors and clients. Cade prioritizes integrity and going the extra mile to achieve success for all involved.

Outside of working, Cade enjoys playing soccer in competitive leagues along with working out, snowmobiling, being by the lake, and hanging with family and friends.
