Charlie Sparks

Director of Construction

Charlie Sparks joins Duffek Construction with over 13 years of pre-construction, estimating, field supervision, scheduling, and project management experience. Charlie started his career in Milwaukee with a local general contractor and has since gained experience on projects in the retail, healthcare, industrial, office, and multifamily sectors. These projects have ranged in size from $50,000 up to $80,000,000. Sparks prides himself on identifying the best fit and most appropriate applications for all his clients.

Charlie graduated from Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. He also was named an Academic All-American while competing on the track and field team. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, running, hiking, and fostering rescue dogs from local animal shelters with his wife, Kelly.
