Jim Forsythe

Project Manager

Jim Forsythe joined Duffek Construction as a Project Manager in 2023 after spending three years with a Wisconsin General Contractor managing retail/commercial projects and highway bridge reconstruction operations for five years. Jim graduated from Marquette University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He looks forward to building strong relationships with new clients and the satisfaction of problem solving to achieve project goals.

Jim grew up in the Chicago area but has set his roots down in Waukesha, WI after meeting his wife Emma at Marquette. Jim loves chasing around their tireless one year old son Charlie. In his spare time, Jim enjoys watching sports, going to Bucks games and being active with golf, basketball, snowboarding, and rugby.
