Kyle joins Duffek Construction with several years of hands-on construction experience, specializing in commercial and industrial plumbing. His field background provides valuable insight into building systems and jobsite coordination, helping him approach projects with a practical, solutions-focused mindset. Kyle is currently attending the Construction Management program at Waukesha County Technical College, where he continues to build on his industry knowledge and leadership skills.

Kyle enjoys building strong relationships on the jobsite and believes that open communication and collaboration are key to creating a positive experience for everyone involved in the construction process. He is excited to be part of the Duffek team and contribute to delivering successful projects for clients.

Originally from Waterford, WI, Kyle recently moved to the Waukesha area where, outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with friends and family.
