Matt Rosch comes to Duffek Construction with nearly 30 years of construction experience. Priding himself on the relationships he has built as a former business owner, Matt understands the importance of client satisfaction and staying on budget. Matt knows his way around a jobsite, having managed largescale projects, including Klement’s Sausage Co., Inc. and Pabst Blue Ribbon. A highlight of Matt’s career was managing a construction project for a Milwaukee Bucks player, which included converting a 1900’s tannery warehouse into a 9,000 square-foot home.

In his free time, Matt loves spending time outdoors kayaking, swimming and fishing with his wife, Stephanie of 25 years; their three children, Alexandra, Alyssa and Lukas and their granddaughter, Scarlet.
