Project Manager

Robb Kumlien joined Duffek Construction in February 2025 as a Project Manager. Robb brings valuable experience from his previous role as an Operations Manager in the manufacturing sector, where he oversaw an 80,000 square foot facility specializing in Hot Dip Galvanizing and Electro-Zinc Plating. His expertise includes optimizing production processes, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, all while upholding high standards for safety and attention to detail.

Robb holds a Business Management degree from Waukesha County Technical College – Pewaukee, where he graduated in 2016 and earned the Business Management Program Award. Outside of work, Robb enjoys kayaking, fishing, hunting, and spending quality time with his son, Jordan.
