Sam Swan

Estimator

Sam Swan joined Duffek Construction as an Estimator in February of 2022 and is excited to join a rapidly growing company and help further develop the Preconstruction Department. Before joining Duffek, he started his career in estimating and project management with a Milwaukee area General Contractor, where he gained valuable experience on projects ranging from $2,000,000 to $130,000,000. Sam says, “What I most value about the Construction Industry is helping clients achieve their vision and goals. Many clients have sacrificed a great deal for their business; sharing their vision and providing exceptional service to deliver a quality product is what makes construction special.”

Sam studied Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee before transferring to Milwaukee School of Engineering where he graduated with a degree in Construction Management. Sam has in interest in the field of sustainability, which inspired him to become a LEED Accredited Professional in 2019. Outside of construction, Sam enjoys various outdoor activities such as golfing, kayaking, swimming, and boating.
