Spencer Krautkramer

Project Manager

Spencer Krautkramer joined Duffek Construction as a Project Manager in February of 2023. Prior to joining Duffek, Spencer started his career as a Superintendent for a homebuilder in Denver, CO. A highlight of his career was being in a fast-paced environment, completing 150+ homes in the past two years. Spencer’s hands-on field experience allows him to proactively schedule projects, solve problems promptly, and ensure clients are getting what they envision.

He is excited to be a part of a growing company, taking on larger commercial projects, and helping Duffek excel. Spencer enjoys working as a team and helping clients build what they’ve been dreaming of. He is also looking forward to building relationships with clients and trade partners in the Milwaukee area. Spencer graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering where he enjoyed being on the waterski club. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, skiing, reading, traveling, and competing in races.
