Spencer Krautkramer

Team Lead / Project Manager

Spencer Krautkramer joined Duffek Construction as a Project Manager in February 2023. Prior to joining Duffek, he worked as a Superintendent for a homebuilder in Denver, CO, where he thrived in a fast-paced environment and helped build and deliver more than 150 homes in two years. His hands-on field experience allows him to proactively schedule projects, quickly solve problems, and ensure clients receive exactly what they envision.

Spencer enjoys being part of a growing company and contributing to Duffek’s continued success. He values collaboration, attention to detail, and takes pride in helping clients bring their visions to life. He also focuses on building strong relationships with clients and trade partners throughout the Milwaukee area while working on a wide range of commercial projects.

In his free time, Spencer enjoys running, playing volleyball, traveling, skiing, competing in races, and renovating his home.
