Customer Experience Manager

Stephanie was thrilled to join the Duffek team as Customer Experience Manager in July 2025. She brings over eight years of customer service experience and holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Madison Area Technical College, where she discovered her passion for connecting with people and making their experiences memorable.

She’s looking forward to diving into a new industry and being part of a supportive, driven team. Helping clients feel confident and cared for throughout the building process is a top priority for her, and she’s all about celebrating wins, big or small, along the way.

When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find Stephanie spending time with her 8-year-old daughter, cooking for family and friends, checking out new restaurants and bars, or attending a concert. Most weekdays, you’ll find her either poolside or making memories with her favorite people.
