Lake Shore Commons Townhomes

In collaboration with F-Street Development, Duffek Construction recently completed a transformative project within the Lake Shore Commons community. Our team successfully built 28 modern townhomes and condos, featuring a mix of side-by-side and upper/lower units. Designed by Rinka Architecture, these residences include convenient garages and stunning views of parks, prairies, and Lake Michigan.
